Business and Sales Customer Service Apprentice - Premcrest

Job Description:
The apprentices will often be the first point of contact, assisting customers and other key stakeholders within the business. Below are the key areas where the business will help develop the Apprentices:

Duties include:

  • Online merchandising
  • Category management
  • Social Media Management - Use of the website, twitter and Facebook accounts and digital marketing
  • SEO & Google Suite - Analytics, Marketplaces, PPC
  • Customer Services - Liaising with customers, dealing with enquiries
  • General office administration duties
  • Data input

Working week - contracted hours / full time / part time:
37.5 hours

Qualification and educational requirements:

  • Level 1 in maths and English or higher

Essential and desirable skills:

  • Be highly organised and extremely detail oriented
  • Able to easily multi-task
  • Maintain professionalism in dealings with clients over the phone
  • Be an excellent, articulate, and respectful communicator
  • Be able to think critically and have excellent problem-solving skills
  • Have a strong command of the English language both spoken and written
  • Be able to respond and converse professionally with customers/suppliers over the phone and via emails (including correct use of grammar and spelling)
  • Be proficient in the use of IT Systems (including MS Windows)

Training provided:

  • Customer Service Level 2 Standard
  • Functional Skills in maths and English, up to Level 2
