As part of The Team you will work toward achieving the following activities.
- Call handling
- Claim handling
- Data handling
- Fulfilment support
- Issue of documentation
- Regulatory compliance
- Complaint handling
- All other administrative functions related to customer service.
£180.40 per week

Qualification and educational requirements:
GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English (Grade 3+, A-D or L1 equivalent) desirable

Level 2 Customer service Practitioner, Maths and English Functional skills if required. Training by day release via live online lessons with the tutor available at home or the workplace.
