Night Senior Care Assistant - Fern House (Abbeyfield the Dales)

The ideal candidate will:
- To supervise and participate in the delivery of care to the residents.
- To lead on the responsibility of resident’s individual care documentation ensuring a person centred approach.
- To provide effective leadership for care staff through supervision, support and mentoring in all aspects of care.
- To be responsible for the safe administration of medication
- Work effectively with others to ensure that resident’s needs are met
- To promote and encourage independence at all times to enable residents to achieve their own personal goals and objectives.
- To provide support and security to residents at all times.
- To Promote and uphold Abbeyfield’s values.
- All roles are subject to 3-month probation period, DBS clearance, satisfactory references.
Wage:
£11.55 per hour

Full Time, 36 hours per week, Three 12-hour shifts over 7 days 7pm-7:30am
