Senior Health Care Support Assistant (Nights) - Springbank Care Home

Job Description:
As a Senior Health Care Support Assistant you will be:

  • Delivering quality personal care to each of our residents
  • Encouraging and empowering Residents to maintain their social activities with family, friends and the community
  • Supporting with daily activities such as washing, dressing, eating and maintaining personal hygiene
  • Support with the training and supervision of junior and new staff members
  • Complete, observe, review and write care plans for Residents
  • Completion of daily records
  • Providing care, warmth and kindness to help make a difference
  • Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing the personal care

  • Ideally hold an NVQ 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or above
  • Ideally hold a medication administration qualification

£11.00 per hour.

Working week - contracted hours / full time / part time:
Night Time shifts, 33 hours per week, 7.15pm to 7.15am, 3 nights per week. Providing care, administering medication in a residential home.
