Customer Advisor - Incommunities
As a Customer Advisor, you will be the key contact point for Incommunities. You will be delivering a range of housing services to our customers, including talking about rent payments, estate management, advising people how to get a home and taking requests for repairs.
Weekly Wage: £20,393 per annum, paid 4 weekly
Employer Name & Location: Incommunities, Victoria Road, Shipley, Bd17 7bn
Working week - contracted hours / full time / part time: 37 hours full time between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.

Duration – Perm / temp: temporary until end of March 2022
Qualification and educational requirements:
- Evidence of sufficient maths/English.
Essential and desirable skills:
- Customer service experience
- Strong communicator
- Able to use IT systems efficiently
- Values that fit with working for a housing association
Training provided: All required role specific training provided.
You can carry this role out from home if you have a suitable workspace or in the office, based in Shipley. You will be eligible to join a very attractive pension scheme.
