This is a hugely exciting and highly rewarding opportunity to join one of the world’s leading careers advice and job application services based in Ilkley, West Yorkshire.
You will play a critical role in helping to deliver real success to the business. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will require you to be a passionate and energetic team player who is achievement oriented. Working with clients from a variety of backgrounds and professions, you will need to have excellent communication skills, understand the job application process, and have an excellent level of English language.
You will work with clients across the UK, Ireland, UAE, USA, Canada, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Through a training programme under direct supervision, you will learn how to conduct client consultation calls, understand the job application process, and learn to identify the skills and experience employers are looking for within a candidate, how to highlight those within their CV and apply for the position successfully. You will learn how to write a cover letter to an excellent standard and optimize LinkedIn profiles to the highest level.
Your day-to-day process will involve; completing client consultation calls to obtain relevant work history information, taking in-depth notes to assist in the drafting process, writing and formatting career documentation including but not limited to; CV's, cover letters and LinkedIn profiles.

Essential and desirable skills:
- Extensive experience using MS word.
- Excellent verbal confident communication, with strong listening skills.
- A positive attitude; displaying self-motivation.
- A team player, encouraging, helpful and cooperative.
- A willingness to learn, develop and grow within the business.
- An A grade in English GSCE or A-Level or equivalent
- A sound understanding of the application process
CV, cover letter and LinkedIn profile writing, consultation calls, research, interview skills, time management, typing and utilizing computer programmes, note-taking, listening and communication.
