Digital Marketing Communication Trainee - Bradford Youth Development Partnership
-Engaging young people and communities through multichannel marketing methods.
-Developing cutting-edge ideas for campaigns, creating and promoting copy and content for various channels – with a focus on digital including email, social media and website.
-Creating and delivering first-class content aimed at increasing participation, re-positioning BYDP in Bradford, and showcasing the amazing stories from across various projects and opportunities for volunteering.
-Helping the organisation to be viewed as an innovator in the provision of services for young people and appealing to a wider audience.
-To promote BYDP services to stakeholders, including young people and partner organisations.
-Assist in the creation and implementation of a content plan that includes engaging and inspiring materials for different segments across all digital channels and brands.
-Write youth work specific content to support social media and website.
-Manage all BYDP’s social media channels to drive engagement and increase reach.
-Assist in the creation and implementation of campaigns that drive people to participate or engage in BYDP services.
-Regular monitoring and evaluation of online activity (website, social media and email marketing), aligned to agreed objectives and key performance indicators.
-Event marketing, including campaign creation, live streaming, social media, video filming and editing.
-Support and attend events where necessary to maximize BYDP exposure to a wider audience.
-Support the wider team, as and when required.
-This role will include some weekend and evening work.
-Complying with such policies, procedures, guidelines and codes of practice as laid down by BYDP.
-Undertaking any other duties as mutually agreed with Project Management .
Weekly Wage: National Minimum Wage

Working week - contracted hours / full time / part time: 25 Hours per week, Mon-Thurs, 10-4 (flexibility required)

Training provided: We will provide a range of on the job experience and identify any training needs at the beginning of the placement, source and deliver these over the placement period.
