Business Administration Apprentice - Vanillaetc

Job Description:

To work within a busy office, initially working in all areas of office administration.

Jobs will include:

  • Answering telephone and taking messages
  • Filing
  • Photocopying
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Inputting data
  • Quality Management system/Quality Assurance
  • Record and document production
  • Some use of Sage 50 may be required
  • Any other admin duties as required

Weekly Wage: £129.00

Employer Name & Location: Graham Bruce t/a Vanillaetc

Working week - contracted hours / full time / part time: Monday – Friday, 0900-1500 full time

Number of vacancies & closing date for applications: 1 – closing date is 06/08/2021

Duration – Perm / temp: 21 months - Permanent

Qualification and educational requirements: GCSE grade A*-C/9-4 in maths and English (or equivalent), plus a good level of IT skills

Training provided:

Mode of delivery: Training, observations and assessments carried out in the workplace. An assessor will visit the place of work every 6-8 weeks.

Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard at Level 3
