L2 Customer Service Apprentice – Training Provider: Shipley College

Job Description:
To support the class teacher in the management of pupils in the classroom, and other senior staff on a range of teaching and learning experiences which deliver an appropriately differentiated and suitably challenging creative curriculum for all pupils whilst meeting statutory requirements.

Qualification and educational requirements:  
Maths and English GCSE A-D,3+ or L1 equivalent

Essential and desirable skills:

  • A good level of administration skills
  • Excellent communication skills: written and verbal
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Experience of customer service - desirable
  • Good product knowledge
  • A sound knowledge of all operational and administrative processes and procedures
  • A good level of literacy and numeracy
  • Training provided: Customer Service Practitioner L2 Standard and support to complete your end point assessment
  • Maths and English Functional skills if required
  • Training by day release, currently through Live online lessons with the tutor returning to the classroom when safe to do so
