Brief Job Description
The main aim for a customer service advisor is to provide excellent customer service to all ACS clients. You will ensure that the ACS organisation completely satisfies its customers' needs. You will work at various customer service levels assisting client related issues communicated by both internal sales and external customers. The role of office administrator provides clerical and administrative support to the sales and operational functions of ACS. You will be responsible for specific projects, as well as coordinating and implementing administrative procedures recognised as fundamental to the profitability of ACS.

Duration – Perm / temp
You will receive a contract of employment to cover the apprenticeship period. After that period a review will take place and a permanent position may be offered with the organisation although cannot be guaranteed at this stage.
Qualification and educational requirements
GCSE Maths & English grade 3 or above
Essential and desirable skills
Great communication skills both written and verbal.
Good general IT skills including MS office applications and use of a CRM database desirable.
You will attend Shipley College 1 day per week to complete the off the job training requirements.
