Job Description:

  • Assist in the management of pupils in the classroom
  • Attend to the pupils’ personal needs, implementing and maintaining related personal care programmes
  • Promote and reinforce the inclusion, acceptance and integration of all pupils
  • Set challenging and demanding expectations whilst promoting self-esteem and encouraging pupils
  • Will prepare the classroom to meet the lesson plans. Provide clerical / administrative support
  • Monitor pupil progress
  • Promote positive values and attitudes

Weekly Wage:
£177.96 per week
Working week - contracted hours / full time / part time:
Full time, hours to be confirmed at the interview
Number of vacancies and Closing Date:
3 Vacancies, Closing Date is 7th November 2022

15 Months
Qualifications and Level of Education required for role:
GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 3+, A-D or Level 1 equivalent) and GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 3+, A-D or Level 1 equivalent) desirable

Training provided:
Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification, Functional Skills in Maths and English as well if required. The weekly day release is online, divided between live online lessons with the tutor and one to one work on individual portfolios with an assessor. They can be attended at home or the workplace
