Job Description:

  • You will work closely with customers ensuring we respond to clients within Service Level Agreements and ensuring our Service Levels are not breached
  • Logging tickets accurately
  • Proactively monitoring and contacting customers if faults occur on our monitoring platform
  • Answering inbound calls for support requests

Weekly Wage:
£180.36 per week
Working week - contracted hours / full time / part time:
Full time, hours to be confirmed at the interview

Qualifications and Level of Education required for role:
GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4/C) and GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4/C) essential
