Job Description:People Coordinator is a pivotal role for the growing People Team at Bradford 2025. This a generalist role with involvement at every career touch point of our people. From recruitment, on-boarding and induction through to contract changes, system updates, assisting the team with policy and process queries, and off-boarding, this role will provide support to both the wider team and the People Team. We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, passionate about ensuring the best employee experience, someone who has knowledge of employment law and legislation and with a keen attention to detail. You’ll need excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills and be confident in using Microsoft packages.

Working week - contracted hours / full time / part time: The role is predominantly office based (Bradford City Centre), Monday to Friday 37 hours per week.

Duration – Perm / temp: This is a fixed term position until March 2026.

Weekly Wage: Salary up to £25k dependent upon experience
