Course Description: This course is aimed at candidates who are looking to work within the contact centre industry or secure work within a contact centre. Learners will receive expert level training and a quali­fication designed to help them improve their knowledge and abilities to deliver excellent customer service.

Date and Duration: Every Monday for 5 Days

Required qualification and educational requirements for attendance: All learners require access to a laptop, tablet, ipad or computer with a working camera on it to complete the course
