As well as providing social housing, InCommunities also runs a high quality construction apprenticeship programme which is widely recognised in the housing sector.

The programme is open to anyone who is keen to build a rewarding and exciting housing career - from school leavers and job seekers to anyone wanting a fresh challenge or looking to return to work after a career break.

All apprentices receive a combination of site-based training, working alongside experienced trade professionals, and college based learning, whilst working towards a professional NVQ level qualification in their particular trade.
