As well as working with individuals, SkillsHouse has a dedicated Business Engagement team which works alongside employers and partners to build and manage long-term relationships to support the community. The team engages with local, regional and national employers to create recruitment solutions, job placement opportunities and develop a pipeline of skills and talent. It provides bespoke support to help employers with recruitment processes (pre-assessment screening, training and interviewing potential candidates).

SkillsHouse can screen applicants, train prospective employees and up-skill the current workforce.
