How we work with Educators
The Careers and Technical Education team (CTE) works with schools and colleges to offer comprehensive services, resources and professional development opportunities. Our offer includes:
- Providing strategies, services, and resources to enable schools to meet statutory requirements
- Offering impartial, high-quality careers information, advice and guidance on a buy-in basis
- Providing a work placement service, liaising between schools and employers to provide safe, meaningful work experience for those schools who purchase our Xperience provision
- Shaping the district curricula through our CTE boards and networking opportunities
- Enabling education providers and their learners to gain relevant and in-demand skills through frameworks, curriculum materials and a partnership approach
Our aim is to unlock the potential within each individual, inspire lifelong learning, and build a workforce that is innovative, adaptable, and equipped for the jobs of tomorrow.
