Apprenticeships
Apprenticeship qualifications are available at a range of levels, and can be made available to your existing workforce as well as for new apprentices. They are a great, cost-effective way of accessing qualifications. Large organisations are required to pay the Apprenticeship Levy, which they can then use to fund apprenticeship qualifications for their workforce. Small organisations may need to contribute towards the cost of the qualification but can apply for Levy Transfer from a large organisation to cover the costs. Digital Badges
A digital badge is a smart, simple, and visual way of recognising non-accredited learning (skills and learning that are not part of a formal qualification). They enable you to access short CPD sessions on a range of subjects from a whole variety of companies and organisations, and can also be tailored to any specific needs you might have.
