SkillsHouse offer a range of recruitment services that you can access for free. You can pick from the list below, or talk to us to agree a tailored package that meets your specific needs:
- Support with identifying and addressing your recruitment needs
- Support in preparing to recruit, for example developing job descriptions and preparing for interviews
- Advertising your vacancies on the SkillsHouse website and social media platforms
- Running information and pre-interview sessions for potential recruits
- Matching suitable clients to vacancies for you to interview
- Running your whole recruitment process including interviewing potential candidates
