About this course: 
The programme runs over a 3 week period and you will cover the following, with a
guaranteed interview at the end:

● NCFE Level 2 Certificate in the Principles of Warehousing and Storage
● Level 1 Certificate in Employability
● L2 City and Guilds Customer Service
● Equality and Diversity (available online outside of programme)
● *GXO Tour

The course will be delivered in person from 9.00am to 4.15pm every day (breaks will be built
into the day). You will also have a tour of GXO for an insight into the operation

Entry Requirements:
You will need GCSE Grade D or above in maths and English, however if you do not
have this, the College will provide an initial assessment to ensure your suitability.

Eligibility:
You need to be 19 years old or above.

This programme is available to if you're in receipt of benefits and actively seeking
employment or in work earning less than £21,255 annually (£20,319 annually if not from an
eligible regional postcode)

Length of course & time commitment per week:
3 weeks from Monday to Friday from 9.00am - 4.15pm each day.

Information and guidance session:
You must attend one of these sessions to enrol onto the programme. Here you will meet the
employer and find out all the information you will need.

Dates: 1st November or 6th November
Location: Eastbrook Court JobCentre 10.30am - 12.00pm

session. You must attend an information session to enrol into the programme. 

Course start date: 13th November 2023 at 9am
Interview: To be confirmed
