This free Mental Health Champion course qualifies you as an 'Adult MHFA Champion'.
What will you learn?
A practical skills and awareness course designed to give employees:
- An understanding of common mental health issues.
- Knowledge and confidence to advocate for mental health awareness.
- Ability to spot signs of mental ill-health.
- Skills to support positive wellbeing.
The 'Online Adult MHFA Champion' course comprises of 2 live instructor-led training sessions (Microsoft Teams) across 2 days, 10:00am - 2:00pm. Learning takes place through a mix of presentation, discussions and workbook activities. This online course includes materials that are sent out to you in the post prior to the sessions.
Materials and Certification:
All delegates will receive a comprehensive manual, workbook and Z-card to keep and refer to whenever needed. Upon completion of the course, delegates will be qualified 'Mental Health First Aid Champions', certified and accredited by MHFA England.
