Realise in Partnership with Clarion futures are running a Preparing to work in construction course, which includes the CSCS green card.
This will be delivered from The Holme Centre, Maddison Avenue, Bradford, BD4 0JE.
Friday 12th April - Information session and enrolments
Monday 15th April to Wednesday 17th April - Preparing to work in construction course
Thursday 18th April - Level 1 Health and Safety in a construction environment test
Preparing to work in construction overview
- Understand what employers are looking for in the construction industry
- Gain knowledge of how to source, apply and secure a job in the construction industry
- Essential skills employers look for in new recruits
- How to showcase your skills in interviews
- Preparing your cv for the construction industry
Level 1 Health & Safety in a construction environment
- This takes place on the final day and will include an exam at the end.
- Learners that pass the exam will be given a voucher to book their CITB touch screen test.
- On successful completion of the CITB test a CSCS Green card will be ordered and the learner will receive the card within 10 days
