Course Description: This fully online level 2 Certificate in Understanding Climate Change and Environmental Awareness will teach you all about the principles of climate change so you can drive positive change and become 'greener' in the workplace and at home. You will learn about the impact of pollution, the barriers to a sustainable future and how to challenge these barriers. The qualification also covers the advantages of renewable energy and how to reduce energy consumption and carbon footprints for a better world. Our distance learning courses start on a regular basis and will enhance the knowledge of anyone working in a range of industries, improving their practice and also counting towards their Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

Required qualification and educational requirements for attendance: You must be 18 or over to enrol. These courses require a good level of English, are delivered via distance learning and take 6-18 weeks to complete. To succeed on a distance learning course, you must be motivated to meet deadlines and produce detailed quality work without supervision.
