Course Description: On this course you will develop an understanding of how to create a safe working environment. You learn about the importance of policies and procedures, why workplace violence may occur, and how the risk can be reduced by good practices. The qualification will also give you the skills to champion equality and diversity within your workplace and make it more inclusive. Our distance learning courses start on a regular basis and will enhance the knowledge of anyone working in a range of industries, improving their practice and also counting towards their Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

Skills/qualifications the course will provide: Understanding Workplace Violence & Harassment Level 2 Certificat

Required qualification and educational requirements for attendance: You must be 18 or over to enrol. These courses require a good level of English, are delivered via distance learning and take 6-18 weeks to complete. To succeed on a distance learning course, you must be motivated to meet deadlines and produce detailed quality work without supervision.
