Bradford Careers & Technical Education Awards 2022

Young people from across the Bradford District were celebrated at the CTE Awards.

The annual Bradford District CTE awards, chaired by local businessman Andrew Laver, were back in person this year celebrating the achievements of young people across the District.

Taking place in the Great Victoria Hotel, the awards were also an opportunity to thank educators and local businesses for their fundamental work in helping young people develop the skills they need for the future.

Councillor Imran Khan, Bradford Council’s portfolio holder for Education, Employment and Skills, said “The Bradford CTE Awards is an excellent opportunity to come together and celebrate the achievements of our young people and to thank those who are supporting them.

“I would like to personally congratulate all the finalists. It is great to be able to celebrate everyone’s successes in person. I hope this awards ceremony has allowed people to reflect back on the amazing things they have accomplished this year.

“It is fundamental that we continue to nurture the excellent relationships we have with local businesses through our CTE Partnership to ensure we are providing our young people with the skills and support they need for later life.”

Congratulations to all winners and nominees!
