Building Teams of Local Talent - Right at Home

Right at Home, a local organisation dedicated to providing outstanding home care and supporting community wellbeing, has been a consistent participant in the Keighley Jobs & Training Fair.  Led by Managing Director Paresh Mistry, the company has used the event as a strategic opportunity to connect with local talent.

During the 2024 fair, Paresh met a candidate who was later successfully recruited into the organisation.  This direct hire demonstrated the effectiveness of face-to-face engagement at community events.  At the 2025 fair, Rights at Home shortlisted two promising candidates. One of them has since started in their new role, further reinforcing the value of the event in supporting local recruitment needs.

The consistent success of Rights at Home across two consecutive years illustrates how local employers can benefit from participating in community-led recruitment events. The fair not only provides access to jobseekers but also fosters meaningful connections that lead to long-term employment.

“The Keighley Jobs & Training Fair has been a great platform for us to meet candidates who are genuinely interested in making a difference. We’ve made successful hires two years in a row and look forward to future events.”
— Paresh Mistry, Managing Director, Right at Home
