For over a hundred years the Royal Air Force has defended the skies of Britain and projected Britain’s power and influence around the world. They work with UK and international partners to watch the skies, respond to threats, prevent conflict, and provide assistance in an uncertain world. The RAF works with partners around the world to strengthen national and international security and to protect the interests and influence of the UK and our allies. They identify and manage threats before they materialise through intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR). You will start your career in the RAF as either an Officer or Aviator, this is dependant on your level of education and the role you choose.
