We have several teams who can support and work with your business in a range of different ways.  All support is free of charge.

Business Engagement Officers

• Can work with you to identify your recruitment needs and barriers
• Can support interactions with other relevant teams, both within and external to the Council

Resourcing Officers

• Help to construct detailed job descriptions and advertisements along with structured interview questions
• Advertise vacancies on our website and social media
• Match suitable clients to vacancies from our extensive database of jobseekers
• Run information and pre-interview training sessions for potential employees

Careers & Technical Education team (CTE)

• Work with you to identify skills gaps and influence learning curricula to fill them, focusing on current and future technical and essential skills
• Provide liaison with schools and legal advice when offering work experience placements
• Improve diversity, inclusivity and social mobility
