SkillsHouse supports recruitment for Picton Medical Centre
SkillsHouse has recently partnered with Picton Medical Centre to support their recruitment campaign for an Admin and Reception Clerk apprentice.
Following a discussion about the employer's requirements, we provided a recruitment solution approach, where we delivered candidate sifting and shortlisting, finalising a list of candidates suitable to be interviewed using the employer's own score criteria. Because we offer a free service, this was completed at no cost to the employer saving time, money & resources.
To ensure candidates were fully prepared for the interview stage, the SkillsHouse team facilitated a personalised recruitment workshop, which equipped the shortlisted candidates with the knowledge and confidence needed for their interviews, in this case held by the employer at their own premises.
We are pleased to announce that one of the jobseekers supported by SkillsHouse during the recruitment campaign successfully secured the apprenticeship position at Picton Medical Centre.
This collaboration not only resulted in a positive employment outcome for a local jobseeker but also provided the employer with valuable insight into SkillsHouse's free recruitment support for Bradford District employers.
