National #TLevelsWeek

National T-Level Week: 10 – 14 October 2022

T-Levels, one of education’s newest qualifications, recently celebrated their first students successfully completing the course. To mark this, National T-Level Week is taking place across the country, where students, education providers and employers can get involved in promoting the benefits of the qualification and this new pathway to the future.

T-Levels are qualifications for 16-19 years olds that focus on technical and vocational skills, and are roughly equivalent to 3 A levels. Developed in partnership with employers, they combine classroom study and an in-depth industry placement, and are an ideal way for businesses to bring in new ideas and the latest skills, and to find, develop and secure young talent. Young people benefit from gaining the skills which business actually need, and are able to put them into practice during their placement.

Bradford College, Shipley College and Keighley College are offering T-Levels in a number of different areas, such as Computing and ICT, Construction and Engineering, Accounting and Management & Administration and more.
